Stretching Workshops

Friday May 11th

8:00pm Extreme Bendability
Limit 7 per class!
Cost: $50 per class
Basic Bendability - 1 hour
Learn the basics of stretching with proper form and technique as well as
basic anatomy and how the body works to help you increase your flexibility.
We’ll be focusing on splits and some basic back bends.
Extreme Bendability - 1 hour
If you already have splits and can hold a bridge, this workshop will push
your limits. We will use props and spotting to get oversplits and touch your
feet to your head.
Mother - Daughter Dance
Saturday May 12th - Chicago Heights Studio only
Possible additional classes will be added for Sunday May 13th upon request
or as needed
Cost: $25 for both yourself and your guest!

Or...bring your daughter to share this fun class with you! (18 and over
only)
Your guest will learn a simple pole routine -
then as a group, you and your classmates will demonstrate a freestyle dance
for your guests!!
Cost: $25 for both of you
Length of class: 60 minutes
Times:
11am, 12:30pm & 2:30pm
Limit 4 students PLUS their guests (total 8) per class
Classes will be held throughout the day on Saturday - we will continue to
add more classes as the first ones fill up.
