We
do not offer make up classes. Please use your online lessons
to review the content you have missed at class

Students
are expected to CALL the main studio number if they cannot
attend class. Emails are acceptable only if giving more than 24
hours notice. Do not text us to cancel class.

No refunds or credits will be issued to
students who drop out of class at any time or for any missed
classes for any reason

For
their own safety and out of courtesy to classmates, students
who miss more than 2 classes will not be allowed to
return to class without taking a private class to catch up
prior to their return which is charged at our regular rate.

Students may not
use the pole if an instructor is not in the room

Students
will not attempt any moves, which they have not yet been
instructed on in our classes.

Students
may not instruct nor assist other students on how to perform
moves

Students
are responsible for notifying the instructor of any injuries
or strains sustained during the week at the beginning of each
class and immediately during class if any arise. Please call
us if you have any questions.

All
students who present with an injury or health problem of any
type will be required to provide a medical release from their
physician in order to participate in class.

Students
MUST participate in the class warm up at the start of class.

Keep
hydrated with frequent water intake before, during and after
class.

No gum,
candy or other solid food is allowed during class.
-
No
alcohol consumption before or during class. If you smell of
alcohol, you will be asked to sit out the class.

Our
classes are not designed for pregnant women who have special
considerations. You may not take this class if you are
pregnant or trying to become pregnant. Please let us know
immediately if you find out you are pregnant.

Cell
phones are permitted but please step out of the classroom to
take or make calls during class.

All
personal belongings (cell phones, water bottles, hand towels,
etc) brought into the classroom must be placed on a table or
shelf and not left on the floor to avoid mishaps or injuries.
ETED is not responsible for lost or damaged personal
belongings.

We
advise that all valuables be left locked in your car or that
you utilize a locker if available and your own lock. Your
items are left out in dressing rooms or our studio at your own
risk.

Jewelry: All hand, wrist and foot jewelry MUST be removed for
class and all body piercings must be removed, padded or
otherwise covered during class to avoid injury.

Pole dance instructors: ETED welcomes other instructors in our
program as well as students who are aspiring to become
instructors, however, all instructors or students who teach or
who are considering teaching elsewhere are required to
disclose their status and sign a non-compete contract.

Classes which end up
with less than 4 students in attendance will be shortened by
15 minutes (30 minutes for advanced levels) and will not
include any additional curriculum. Once the current week's
routine has been reviewed, if students elext to stay, the
remaining time may be used for practice under the supervision
of the instructor as "open pole time" and will not include new
moves or additional instruction.
