Pole Dancing is more than just getting in shape. It's fun, challenging and inspirational.
Be inspired and have fun with other women of all types and feel good about yourself!

Women of all ages and all builds can participate in the beginner class!

  • Group pole dance classes meet for one hour each week.
  • Each class consists of one 6-week session
  • Multi-level classes provide greater schedule flexibility
  • Our students have access to online video lesson reviews after each class!
  • With only 6 students per class, you receive more personalized instruction

FEM Workshop


Regular pole dancing:

  • Tones muscle and builds strength through the use of body-weight exercise
  • Incorporates the use of both isotonic and isometric exercise
  • Improves endurance
  • Provides a cardio workout to increase metabolism
  • Works on multiple muscle groups and improves core strength
  • Builds confidence and empowers women in a multitude of ways
